You can now choose the countries you want each alert to search in.
This gives you more control over your results and helps you target the markets that matter most to you.
What are alert country filters?
Alert country filters let you decide which countries are included in a specific alert.
Each alert can have its own country selection. For example, you can create:
one alert for France only
one alert for Italy and Spain
one alert for several countries at the same time
How are countries selected by default?
When you create a new alert, the countries are pre-filled based on your Vinted country at the time of creation.
This means the initial country selection in the alert depends on the Vinted country set on your account when the alert is created.
You can then:
keep that default selection
add more countries
remove countries
fully customize the alert to match your needs
Why use country filters?
Country filters help you:
focus on the markets you care about
reduce irrelevant results
create more precise alerts
separate your searches by country or region
How to choose countries for an alert
When creating or editing an alert:
Open the alert form
Go to the Countries filter
Select one or more countries
Save your alert
Your alert will then use those selected countries for matching.
Can each alert have different countries?
Yes.
Country selection is saved at the alert level, so each alert can use a different set of countries.
For example:
Alert A can search in France
Alert B can search in Germany and Belgium
Alert C can search across multiple countries
What happens if I change my Vinted country later?
Changing your Vinted country does not necessarily update the country filters on your existing alerts.
In other words:
new alerts will be pre-filled based on your current Vinted country at creation time
existing alerts may keep the country filters they already had
So if you change your Vinted country, the country filters on older alerts are not guaranteed to update automatically.
If needed, you should review and edit those alerts manually.

To get the most accurate alerts:
check the pre-filled countries when creating a new alert
customize them if needed
review older alerts after changing your Vinted country
